The almost extinct pool frog
Poolfrogs are an highly endangered species of frog. In 1995 it was thought that pool frogs were extinct but thankfully they still live to this day. The italian pool frog can be found in only france and italy but the european pool frog can now be found in a few different countries around europe. Its latin name is pelophylax lessonae.
